• 교인 증명 서류 (부모 각각) / 담당교역자 추천서 (택1) Certificate of Church Membership or Pastor’s Recommendation

• 생활 기록부/성적 증명서 Transcript

• 주민등록등본 (주민번호 미포함) Korean Family Registry or Copy of Passport for Non-Koreans

• 여권 사본 Copy of passport to verify official name

• 동의서 (부모의무 동의서, 성품훈련 동의서, 과외활동 규제 동의서, 대중매체 훈련 동의서) Parent Agreement (Parent Duty, Discipline, Tutoring, Media)
